Advertising Content Policy
1. INTERNET BUSINESS TRADER (IBT)
Is dedicated to providing a comprehensive advertising platform that will best allow advertisers to reach their target market.
Accordingly, IBT’s foremost priority is attracting visitors to our websites. IBT firmly believes that a key component in attracting visitors is maintaining an advertising environment that conveys a positive public image of IBT, its affiliated companies, and its website. Accordingly, advertisements for the following items and related content, and any other content that might harm IBT’s positive image, are NOT permitted on our website properties:
*Alcohol * Tobacco * Gambling * Weaponry *
* Obscene or Indecent Materials * Livestock *
*Adult or Mature Materials * Funeral Products/Services
*Political or Religious Materials * Scientific Research
*Funeral Rroducts/Services * Undergarments/Sleepwear
*Waste Disposal & Extermination * Government
*Agricultural/Industrial/azardous Chemicals
*Civic & Social Organizations
*Environmental/Animal Issues
2. Any advertising campaigns subject to the AAAA/IAB “Standard Terms and Conditions (Ver. 2.0) for Internet Advertising for Media Buys One Year or Less” (the “IAB Terms”) shall be subject to the following additional terms, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the IAB Terms or any other agreement:
a. Media Company shall bill Agency for advertising amounts actually delivered, which shall not exceed 10% more than the amounts specified in the I/O.
b. If Media Company consents to Agency’s or Advertiser’s use of a third party advertising server’s statistics to calculate amounts owed under this Agreement, Media Company must be provided with such statistics within three (3) business days following the end of the relevant month. Otherwise, Media Company shall be entitled to use its own statistics to calculate amounts owed for such month.
c. At any time and for any reason, Media Company may terminate any I/O upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Agency.
d. Media Company may preempt Advertiser’s advertisement with any third-party advertisement based upon the rates paid by Advertiser and that third-party.
e. On certain pages of IBT’s network of web sites, CPM advertising impressions may be subject to replacement upon the earlier of (a) the end user clicking on a feature or portion of the page to change its content where the entire page does not refresh, and (b) the passage of thirty (30) seconds during which the end user has not performed any action.
